Overview

Our client is a leading design and build company and has been designing awesome workspace for over 15 years. They are currently looking to add to the commercial team and looking for a likeminded Telesales / Business Development Executive to join them. Ideally they are looking for someone who is, experienced within the area of Commercial Office Design & Build (D&B). You will be responsible for out-bound telesales activities, telephone marketing and research,database administration culminating in the booking of new business appointments for the Client Services team (CST). This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in an exciting and fast-growing business. Identify new sales leads through: Researching and gathering information on potential clients who have received funding, have commercial lease events or relocation plans. Initial cold introduction with the intentions to build rapport and extract specific information for the company. network with commercial agencies, liaise with agents to collate market insights and maintain relationships. Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients with the ultimate aim of securing a face to face meeting for the CST Identifying new sales opportunities in addition to the building and maintaining of business relationships Building a pipeline of prospects Capturing client information correctly using our in-house CRM system and to ensure timely follow ups Build and maintain close working relationships with the Client Services Team to ensure continuity of approach Consistently meet given targets for new business appointments Our client is looking for people with ambition and experience in telesales. You will need to integrate into an established company team, be supportive of the company's desire to grow and be pro-active, reliable and determined member of the team. Role Requirements: Minimum 2-years' experience of cold calling in D&B, outbound calling in B2B would be beneficial Ability to identify potential opportunities in both new and existing clients Knowledge of commercial D&B Proven track record of hitting own and team targets Must be polite and have an excellent telephone manner Confident communicator, enthusiastic, self-driven and articulate Sales hungry Strong influencing skills Resilient, tenacious and hard working Handle objections and be able to use initiative Ability to understand client needs and requirements and to adapt your style to suit each client/business Proficient with standard software applications To work both as an individual and as part of a wider team
