Overview
This is an opportunity for a sales focussed and people centric retailer to do a role with a twist My client has recently seen success with a brand new range that has been trialled in a handful of stores and is going to continue to be rolled out across it's estate. The role of the Party Range Coach is to act as a central figure communicating between head office and store teams. You will be responsible for coaching the in store teams to drive sales of this already popular range to maximise sales and increase profits. You will have a real passion for great service and will be key in helping their colleagues deliver the best possible experience to the customer. You will ideally have experience in a like for like role within a different category or a great understanding of party products (balloons, decorations, gifting etc) and be working in a Store Manager capacity. The role is to be based between both head office and store and will require some travel and overnight stays. Salary for the role is up to £30,000 plus vehicle. Please hit apply to find out more.
