The Client A leading Sports brand - Very fast paced, energetic and exciting business to be apart of. This location is one of their London stores, focussing on Football and is a fun environment to work in They have a positive culture, are very people focussed and are passionate about the development and progression of their teams. The Role As a Floor Manager you will be fully focussed on Customer Service and People Management. You will be responsible for inspiring your team to deliver Sales and Profit targets, through Coaching, Leading and being a positive example on the floor. This role involves commercial thinking and decision-making alongside a strong understanding of people management and communication to large teams. The Candidate We are looking for people who have: Previously Coached/Supervised/Managed a number of team members within a Service or Sales environment Experience in managing your team’s performance The ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst working in a fast paced environment A proven ability to motivate and inspire your people Sports background is not essential, but preferable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Influencing, problem solving and decision making skills. Excellent planning and organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
