The Role: European Sales manager Location: Meerthyr Tydfil Salary £45K plus benefits Overview: Our client is a global manufacturer based in South Wales and manufacture a specialist product supplies into multiple markets. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced European Sales professional to join the global sales team. Role Reporting into the global sales director, the European sales manager will be responsible for sales of products into Europe. Understanding market drivers, developing customer relationships and creating compelling value propositions that will drive consistent sales and margin growth will be key to success in this role. Whilst the main focus will be on growth and retention of current customers, there will also be an element of developing business with target customers. The Person A demonstrable track record in sales account management within a B2B manufacturing environment. Prior experience selling into export markets Although predominantly working from their Head office in South Wales The role will require 30% European travel Excellent team working skills Experience of selling a technical product would be a desirable
