Overview
My client is a leading provider of financial services to the construction sector. They are looking to recruit a Client Relations Executive to join their busy team. A Client Relations Executive’s role is to account manage a portfolio of clients/business and the sub-contractors associated to their client base. It will involve working and meeting with clients to help them make the right decisions with their accounts and explain the company services on offer to them. They’re also expected to identify possible sales opportunities and generate new business. Principal Responsibilities Commercial To build and maintain effective client relationships with regular updates to clients, overcoming possible objections. To arrange and attend site visits to improve Sales conversions To work with the External Sales team to on-board clients into the group, ensuring a seamless and smooth transition To identify cross selling opportunities. To undertake compliance audits for our clients To deal appropriately with all incoming client queries received by telephone & email, providing quick resolution or response To provide reports to the Head of Client Relations. To complete all necessary administration tasks daily, helping to ensure clients receive a quick and reliable service and other departments can achieve targets. To work closely with the Telesales team to ensure we maximise all opportunities with each client/company. To meet KPI’s set to help us achieve targets set out in the Business Plan To maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies and guidance notes, ensuring these are adhered to and effectively communicated appropriately Teamwork Provide feedback to management of potential improvements to existing procedures Work as part of a team to achieve the departmental standards and objectives Work effectively with other departments within the Group to maintain excellent standards of service Knowledge Maintain an excellent level of understanding and knowledge of the company products and services Take responsibility for own personal development in line with agreed performance objectives Support colleagues and team members with professional problems, working to help them to resolve any issues Background / Experience Required Prior sales experience is essential for this role. You will be able to demonstrate drive and a strong determination and motivation to achieve targets.
