Overview

Client Relations Executive Farnham & Field Based £22K £2500 car allowance, plus commission Our client are looking for a Client Relations Executive to join their growing and thriving team. The Client Relations Executive will be responsible for providing a high level of service to their new and existing clients and supporting internal colleagues. The Client Relations Executive will: Arrange and attend site visits to increase the sales conversions Deal with all client enquiries to provide a quick resolution Build and maintain client relationships by overcoming all objectives and keeping regular contact Be responsible to cross sell any other products; working alongside the Telesales team to maximise all opportunities with the clients Meet all KPI's and targets set Support the other internal departments with any administrative support Provide regular client and activity reports Work closely with other departments to identify any process improvements, standards and efficiency The ideal candidate will: Have the capability to gain an excellent level of products and services that are provided Have a minimum of 1 year's sales experience Be extremely Target driven and have strong negotiation skills Be self-motivated, resilient and pro-active Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Ideally have a knowledge of VAT and Tax Ideally have experience within the construction industry In return our client offer a fantastic working environment, progression, car parking share scheme, pension, healthcare scheme, cycle to work scheme, financial support for studies and regular social events. This role requires 3 days to be field based, mainly in London and the South East. You may be required to visit any location within the UK. Hours of work are 8.30 - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 5pm on Friday. You will need to be flexible with the working hours do to the nature of the role.
