Overview
Due to our Clients continuous growth and expansion , we are currently recruiting for external salespeople with expereince in the construction industry to join the team. £25,000 - £30,000 basic competitive commission We will consider candidates from all locations in England working from home, training and monthly meetings are held at the head office in Stamford, Peterborough. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager targeting the civil ground worker and house building market you will: Target new business and develop existing accounts. Specify product through architects and house builders Manage the tender process Support and close house builder specifications through the nominated ground worker Attend client meetings in office and on site Aid the provision of on and offsite training Support all marketing initiatives Required Skills and Qualifications for Sales Executives 2 years proven external sales experience selling into ground workers or house builders Must have knowledge of the building trade and understand the tender process Ability to work to deadlines Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team CSCS card advantageous
