Administrator, Land and New Homes - Bracknell, Berkshire How you can make an impact This role is integral in helping new homes buyers move in to their new properties as quickly as humanly possible. It is the behind-the-scenes element of how our new homes properties are seen and then purchased by our prospective buyers and ensures the customer journey is enhanced and a positive one. You will be part of the team that hold responsibility for various aspects of the sales process, from uploading and amending new property listings online, making sure we have the right sales materials to hand when we are selling our properties and some of the administration tasks that help push our sales process through, efficiently. What we need from you Are you a tenacious problem solver? You will need to have confidence and take pride in what you do, ensuring everything you do meets your own very high standards and consistently has a positive impact on each customer interaction As this role is heavily systems-based, you will be successful in this role if you ave really good hands-on experience with CRMs and MS Office programmes, specifically Excel and you will need to be extremely thorough and planned.
