Ability to work towards targets and have the motivation to excel Ensure company processes are adhered to always Maintain accurate updates and information regarding sales stages Liaise with all parties making them aware of the progression and services Create reports in order to notify the team of updates and concerns as well as correct information passed over to clients with accurate processes Proactively manage and handle any enquires that may arise to minimise impact on sales and timescales Provide excellent Customer Service and maintain client relationships to promote further sales and services Promote and encourage company values The successful candidate will be experienced within the property industry and can provide excellent customer service with a strategic and professional approach. Ability to build rapport with all professionals within the business and able to work to strict deadlines. Highly organised and high attention detail is essential when managing a fast-paced office environment. 9:00 - 18:00 Office based Position Monday to Friday.
