We are looking for dynamic, outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to represent St Mungo's, a leading housing and homelessness charity. Join the fight against homelessness and help rebuild lives in London and the South Charity: St Mungo's Salary: £10.75-14.25 per hour Role: Homeless Charity Fundraiser - High Streets Pay: Weekly Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm St Mungo's are a leading housing and homeless charity. For nearly 50 years, St Mungo's have been at the forefront of efforts to tackle homelessness. Each night our 17 outreach teams go out to help people sleeping rough to move away from the streets, and we provide a bed and support to over 2,800 people. The Role: As a homeless charity fundraiser, each day you will head out with the team to a different thriving high street with the team. You will engage in conversations with members of the public and will inspire them to donate on an ongoing basis to help support the mission of St Mungo's. Fundraising is an ideal role for a recent graduate, a gap year student or those looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career change A fundraising/sales role at St Mungo’s not only defends the most vulnerable within society but also equips successful applicants with skills needed for various roles in multiple sector’s moving forward. The Ideal Candidate will be: A confident communicator who isn't afraid for striking up a conversation Highly motivated with a never give up attitude Outgoing with a bubbly personality Empathetic and passionate You don't need to have any previous experience to be a charity fundraiser for St Mungo's.
