Overview

My client a very well established Asbestos removal company are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. To succeed in this role you must have either an Asbestos or Construction background: And also Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills Proven experience winning new business within a field sales environment Excellent knowledge of MS Office Ability to build and maintain productive professional business relationships A motivated attitude towards your work, be target driven and have a proven track record in sales Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to each client's needs Previous asbestos industry experience is desirable but not essential Ability to prioritse, time management and organisational skills The ability to work on your own initiative idependently as well as part of a team Main Duties: Generate opportunities with new and existing clients within new sectors To present, promote and sell the clients full services to existing and prospective customers Retain existing clients and reinvigorate lapsed ones Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to potential customers through cross-selling, networking and cold calling Resolve any customer issues/ complaints that may arise to maximise satisfaction and revenue Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within time schedule given Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyse the local market's potential, customer needs, competitor activities and potential for new products and services Track sales and report progress Any other duties as required by the regional or national management Requirements: A full UK driving licence Excellent written and verbal communication skills A good eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure Relationship management skills and openness to feedback We`re always on the hunt for outstanding Asbestos candidates and we love meeting new people So if this role doesn`t sound like a great fit for you but you like the sound of us, please do get in touch and find out how we can help you find your next role PB Recruitment Consultants endeavour to respond to each candidate, we do receive a large volume of applications, so if you have not heard from us within two weeks, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful with your application.
