Mandarin Speaking Property Manager - Nine Elms -Up to £35,000 OTE Please only apply if you’re a native speaker of Mandarin We’re looking for a personable and efficient Mandarin Speaking Property Manager to provide an exceptional service working within a busy team in South West London. The Company: A global and reputable property services company specialising in investment property, new home sales, property sales, lettings, property management and finances. They pride themselves on their comprehensive level of service and advice across London and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities of the Mandarin Speaking Property Manager: Organising maintenance and repairs and arranging quotes for works as necessary Visiting properties to check the condition and progress of major works Ensuring valid landlords gas safety certificate are in place for all managed properties Maintaining accurate file notes, updating and maintaining management details Mediating between landlords and tenants regarding deposits Organising end of tenancy procedures and works where necessary Following up tenants in arrears of rent Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience in property management Native speaker of Mandarin Excellent communication skills Great attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure Excellent people skills, as strong internal and external relationships are crucial You must be professional and proactive Good written and numerical skills If you’re interested in this Mandarin Speaking Property Manager position and have the experience required, please apply now or call Collins Property Recruitment for more information.
