Land Manager OTE £60,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join Wedgewood Land as a Land Manager. Wedgewood Land - part of the Wedgewood Homes Group of companies, identifies and acquires residential, mixed- use and strategic land development opportunities throughout London and the South East. We are seeking to appoint a Land Manager covering the London Borough of Croydon. The role will involve the identification and acquisition of multiple regeneration opportunities across the borough. Opportunities will range in scale from small infill sites to high density regeneration projects. The ideal candidate is likely to have at least five years’ experience of the Croydon property market, either as a land manger or as a senior residential estate agent, and to have knowledge of the planning environment in the borough. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure off-market land opportunities. Secure sites predominantly without planning consent. Financially appraise opportunities. Negotiate suitable acquisition strategies with land-owners. Have high -level knowledge of the planning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growth company, utilising the latest technology to create opportunities. Building on your existing skills, experience and contacts, you will be supported to maximise the Land regeneration opportunities throughout the borough. You will need to be personable, creative and hard-working to capitalise on the full potential of this role. You will spend the majority of your time in the borough sourcing opportunities with one day a week at our Head Office in Wrotham, for reporting and administration. The successful candidates will enjoy a package that fairly reflects their experience and impact, including an uncapped bonus structure. The OTE is based on a basic salary plus bonuses per site acquired. There is in addition a potential further bonus based on profitability.
