Overview

We are seeking a professional, career minded individual to join our growing B2C operations team in Chipping Norton. Ideally, you will have a good standard of general education. Full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualifications. If you take the initiative, our employee development program will ensure you have plenty of scope to progress. Required Skills/Traits Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in sales/customer service IT literate and competent in basic desktop applications - Excel, Word, Outlook etc Good time management and the ability to prioritise and plan Great customer service skills A desire to achieve and be successful General duties Sell Insurance policies to customers Take inbound calls and outbound to customers who have a policy coming up for renewal Maximise the sales/ customer retention opportunity in every call Achieve conversion targets set by the Team Leader Organise call backs when appropriate- to retain control of the sales/ customer retention process Working hours This is a full-time position working a 37.5 hour week, including 2 Saturdays per month.
