We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to run a HOT PERM DESK in Sawbridgeworth Working middle office roles £40-£100k salaries within construction sales Desk generates on average 15-30 roles a month. Commission on a sliding scale - uncapped This is an independent company with some excellent PSL's in place A great reputation in a thriving industry You will need to be used to lots of telephone work in a busy environment This role requires you to be able to head-hunt, build relationships and understand market mapping.
