Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to join our Manufacturing business in Birmingham. This role is a very vital role to the company function where you will be sitting within the Commercial Department. This Sales Order Processing role works at the heart of the company and you will need to ensure that the operation of the order runs smoothly from dispatch to the end user recieving the order. As the Sales Order Processor you will be responsible for: - Liaising with various departments - Processing all orders onto company record management system to agreed timescale - Providing a high level of customer service - Management of the returns and organisation of collections when appliable The successful candidate for the role of Sales Order Processor will have: - A keen eye for detail - Experience using SAP - An excellent knowledge base of computers, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and comprehensively - Ability to think ahead and prioritise workload - A good telephone manner If you're interested in this role, please apply or call me on .
