Field Sales Executive - Garden/Horticulture Field Based - Midlands Competitive Salary High OTE Potential I am currently recruiting an exciting position for a highly regarded and well-established business within the garden & horticulture industry. The role calls for a junior sales professional based in the midlands who has sales experience managing an independent garden centre account base, although candidates coming directly from working for a garden centre will also be considered. The ideal candidate will need to have a passion for the horticulture/plants industry and will ideally have a garden/DIY background. You will have an understanding of seasonal selling and be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with your customers. It is important that you can understand the value in building trust throughout the account base in order to give you the best possible success rate. You will be part of a close-knit field sales team reporting directly into the National Sales Manager. You will work closely with the National Sales Manager in order to define the best strategy for your territory moving forward and keeping in line with company strategy. A candidate from the Garden/DIY/Horticulture/Giftware industry would do well in this position. You will also need to be based in the Midlands to be considered.
