Overview
Position: Sales Consultant (with or without experience) Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 OTE (Commensurate upon experience) Benefits: Company Car, Career Progression, Uniform Provided, 30 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), Christmas & Birthday gift plus a half day extra holiday, Discount on new and used cars. Hours: 40 hours per week - Permanent Location: Bolton Job Description: We are delighted to be working with our client who are a well-established car dealership with multiple sites spread across Lancashire & Lincolnshire. They established their first site in 1998 and since then have now acquired an additional 4 sites to bring the total to 5 sites. Employing close to 250 people the growth they have seen in the last 20 years has certainly been substantial. 60% of these employees have worked for the company for 5 years or more which is a fantastic retention rate for the automotive industry. Due to continued growth they are currently looking to add a Sales Consultant to their growing team. Personal Attributes - Driven individual who strives to not only achieve set targets, but exceed them. Prior experience within a sales role, within the motor industry would be ideal but not a necessity. Fantastic Interpersonal skills. Passionate about providing a high level of customer service.
