The Telesales Role This role is a Telesales role like no other, in the sense that it doesn't feel like telesales. It's more like making outbound calls to people that a) are happy to listen and b) 9/10 we can help. This is not a high-volume call centre environment, it's a get to know the client and build the rapport and relationship type of environment. That said, there are elements of sales skills that you'll need as there'll be the odd occasion that you'll need to handle objections. We focus on quality not quantity, we encourage customer engagement.
