Then you might be the person we are looking for We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our CSD (Consumable and Supplies Division) team based in our office in Cheadle, UK. About the job: You will represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in a 360 Sales role in the UK and Ireland. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers as well as retaining and growing our existing customer base. You will be responsible for selling consumable products to end-users in assigned territories, industries or accounts through multichannel inbound and outbound sales activities. You will be first point of contact to the customer and provide technical support while investigating upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Responsibilities: As an integral member of a sales team, you will be the first point of contact for our customer base related to consumables/aftermarket products. You will actively create business opportunities and represent Agilent in all sales-oriented activities. Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities. Work together with our contact center to ensure all sales related customer requests can be handled effectively. Customer database tracking activities might be required. Minimal business travel or work outside office is required. Qualifications Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent Good understanding of Chromatography and Spectroscopy techniques and products Relevant years sales experience as Inside Sales Representative Excellent communications and time management skills Highly energetic, goal and results driven person Strong verbal and written English is needed in order to communicate with senior stakeholders and manager at business level.
