Then we have the perfect opportunity for you We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, target driven Sales Executive to join our office-based team in Manchester. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable generating and converting solid leads , delivering expert product knowledge and consistently exceeds targets. The Job: - Creating sales leads to generate income across our portfolio of commercial property clients - Working with a range of different small and independent businesses - Source, manage and achieve income targets - Engagement with third party agencies, occupiers and retailers. - Generating new leads through your own research You: - Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients . - Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options . - Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. - Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends , market activities, and competitors . - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
