Looking for an experienced retailer to join this beauty brand to help shape the future strategy of the business on a 12 Month FTC basis. The Head of Retail operations role would be looking after the entire store portfolio, accountable for all aspects of it's performance and future growth. Description As the Head of Retail operations your will be accountable for: Developing the overall vision and strategy for business Setting and agreeing the overall budgets and financial goals Ensure that a strong structure is in place for all store and field teams providing an environment that promoted growth and development Setting key KPI's across all levels of the business Monitor all trade performance and liaise regularly with the rest of the leadership team Maintain and develop relationships with all commercial partners Advising on a global strategy drawing on key wins and best practice in the UK Profile The ideal candidate for the Head of Retail operations role will have: Extensive experience within a strategic leadership position, ideally within beauty A full UK drivers licence Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Proven ability of managing a team through a time of growth and change Flexible to travel extensively within the role A base in London Job Offer For the successful there is an offer of a £60K salary benefits.
