Overview
You will be joining a powerhouse of high street brands, who pride themselves on ensuring the right product offering under one roof. As an assistant merchandiser planner you will be responsible for reporting on company sales performance at both brand and department level. This is a great opportunity for either an assistant merchandiser on wholesale, outlets or franchise to join an inclusive and innovative business. You will gain great exposure across multiple brands and report directly into the trade manager. Yours responsibilities will include: • Highlighting best and worst sellers to recommend and action opportunities and reduce risk. • Review store performance, identifying reasons for this and present actions. • Prepare reporting packs and attend quarterly review meetings. • Conduct regular store visits, following up on actions required. • Devolve and manages relationships with brand partners and internal teams, to influence the overall business performance. • Support the space and planning team to develop sustainable sales and margin growth in new and existing stores. • Work with the trading manager and brand partners to ensure optimum stock levels across the business by influencing product and store grading.
