Product Manager Sealing Solutions £30,000 - £40,000 DOE Working for a business that was established over 30 years ago and now employ 142 people across the UK. This is business is highly regarded in their industry. A family orientated business that is through growth now looking to add to the business another key member. Reporting to the Sales Director you will be managing existing accounts in the business. Using a consultative sales approach, you will be supporting customers and employees on product knowledge and training. Your role will be to grow the Sealing Solutions business by means of both customer and product development. Work with the sales team and other managers to increase sales opportunities and maximise revenue. Provide Training and Technical support for Sealing products. Benefits include Quarterly Bonus Structure 30 Days Holiday Westfield Health Dental Care Company Car Responsible For: Management and Achievement of annual Budget Management of Key Accounts Product range development Pricing structure of all Sealing products Management of Key Supplier Relationships Manage and develop all product related Training Provide Technical and sales support to all employees and clients Product Application for Product Conversion Report on Key Changes in Relation to Product market Responsibilities include but are not limited to the above points Essential Skills/Competencies/Experience/Qualifications Required: Product Management experience within the Sealing industry - highly desired Ambitious and persistent Self-motivated and enjoy working to targets Articulate, confident communicator and presenter Commercial knowledge to analyse market data and identify new opportunities Strong sales and negotiation techniques Managing business pitches Preparing and presenting business tenders Sales Support is a specialist division here at Venatu Recruitment Group.
