Overview

Are you an experience Inventory Clerk looking for a role within a vibrant, busy South London Agency? Or, are you an experienced property manager looking to take a step into the world of inventories? My clients, a large, well known Estate Agency brand in South London are looking for an experienced, full time Inventory clerk to join their team in Bromley. This opportunity will involve: · Visiting rented homes and compiling reports on their condition · Carrying out handovers at the start each tenancy · Carrying out handovers at the end of each tenancy · Drawing up reports accordingly. The successful candidate should have the ability to work to deadlines and manage a busy workload. They will be punctual and reliable. The successful candidate must be available to work some Saturdays. My clients will also consider an experienced property manager who has had experience in conducting property inspections for this role. The ideal candidate will have: · Preferably, 6 months minimum work experience working as an inventory clerk · A very good eye for detail and be able to take clear photographs · Ability to take meter readings · Ability to confidently collect and return keys to and from Estate agents across South London and surrounding areas · Excellent administration skills · Excellent IT skills A full UK Driving License and use of your own car is required for this role Salary: Basic £17,000 - £18,000 plus commission (OTE £22,000 - £25,000) Petrol, Congestion and Dart charge will be covered also.
