We have solved this issue Introducing Brezaa, Brezaa, is smart intelligence interests focused relationship app for IPhone and Android, which aims to make meeting people less awkward and more fun, through true or false personalised icebreakers and interests matching with smart intelligence algorithms. This gives users the Instagram sticky feature, users check back on Brezaa to see who has guessed their ice breakers, and users see exactly how they match with each other based on their choices at sign up, which we receive amazing five-star reviews on the app stores. Who you are / Role requirements: Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth Assist with the business strategies, plans and procedures Establish policies that promote company culture and vision Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.) Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance Assist CEO in fundraising ventures Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) Manage relationships with partners/vendors Requirements Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role You are flexible and keen to learn You are happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into an early-stage startup Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development Experience in fundraising will be a plus Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving Interviewing and setting salaries as the team grows Degree in Business Administration or relevant field; is a plus You are excited to be part of a small startup co-founding team, but also motivated by personal ambition. You are flexible and learn quickly. As a COO, you will have tremendous ownership and responsibility for a big aspect of the business. And will eventually be the lead in developing the team. Communication will be key since we will be mainly working remotely, and meet every two weeks until we get funding. The team is laid-back, yet focused on scaling the business to reach a mass market. You want to grow with a start-up that’s already gained traction, proven concept and moving in the right direction. You will have an interest in a start-up culture and believe in their vision as well. Salary is not possible at the moment as we have just started to reach out to investors as we will be crowdfunding for our first fundraiser, only then the salary will be available.
