Overview
Lettings Negotiator Moortown £18000 to £20000 plus OTE £25000 My client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy agency in Moortown. The successful candidate will be confident, computer literate and will ideally come from a Lettings background however we will consider candidates from a very strong Sales background. Duties include: Answering incoming enquiries Dealing with tenant and landlord enquiries Booking viewings Booking Valuations Attending Viewings Monitoring company inbox Calling tenants making enquires about properties Dealing with occasional Maintenance enquiries and directing to appropriate person Liaising with landlords, contracts and tenants Managing Negotiators diaries Managing the in house company database Monitoring and updating social media sites If you feel you have relevant experience, please apply now.
