Lettings Administrator Leeds £15,500 28 days holiday Excellent Benefits My client a professional organisation are looking for someone to join their Lettings Department and provide administrative support to the Lettings Agents & Inventory Clerks. Main Duties: Managing the day-to-day schedule of the clerks who carry out the letting inspections. Liasing with Letting Agents regarding visit times and job details. Organising and managing all jobs through the system. Dealing with queries and solving potential problems. Reviewing overdue / outstanding work. Dealing with telephone bookings. Dealing with any complaints appropriately. Skills Required: Previous experience working in an administrative and/or customer service capacity. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage a varied workload. Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets & work under pressure. Good data input skills. Good team player, but, also ability to work on own initiative. Good attention to detail. Good organisational skills.
