Overview
A rarely available opportunity to join an established independent Estate Agents in Horsham as a Sales Negotiator. To be considered for this role, you’ll ideally have some experience working within Estate Agency, however candidates with good customer service and sales experience may also be considered. The Sales Negotiator will make up part of a highly experienced Sales team and will benefit from fantastic in house training. You’ll be responsible for registering applicants, arranging and attending property viewings, negotiating sales and cross selling other company services. Great customer service is paramount within this business and as such, you’ll be required to deliver a first class service at all times. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a team player and have great communication skills. Salary - £16,000 - £18,000 Basic Salary plus commission. OTE £30,000. Working Hours - Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays. Candidates will be required to have a full driving licence and own car, a monthly car allowance will be provided.
