Overview
An award-winning Estate Agency brand are looking for a talented Sales Negotiator to join their New Homes Sales Team on their site in Horsham. Successful applicants will be from a property sales background (either developer or estate agency) and ideally will have experience selling new homes. You will be well presented, professional, articulate and numerate. You should have strong sales progression ability and be highly communicative with purchasers. You will also need to demonstrate an organised approach to work, sound database/systems ability and be capable at the data analysis side of sales. This is a permanent role. Work Pattern: 5 day week (to include both Saturday and Sunday with two consecutive days off in the week) 10.00 am to 5.00 pm This is a highly rewarding opportunity for the right person, with a salary of up to £25,000 and realistic OTE of £40k.
