100% Account Management & Training Role within Automotive Market leader company with leading development & training programme. £25K Car OTE Benefits The Company We are working with are one of the market leaders for providing white label insurance products such as GAP, alloy wheel protection and leather upholstery protection into major franchised dealer groups in the UK, including the likes of Mercedes, Fiat and BMW. The Role The role we are working on is a Account Manager position which is a key role developing relationships with Dealership Principals through to Sales Executives within your defined territory covering Northern Ireland. Working with these established franchised dealerships this role is aligned to 100% Account Management and is centred around developing relationships with key individuals within each franchised dealership. Essentially, your role will be to increase the sale of the insurance products through the dealerships by training the sales staff so that they are better skilled and knowledgeable of the additional products that are sold when a vehicle is purchased. You will also work alongside the senior management within the dealership to drive sales, review performance and instruct the dealership on any new initiatives, products or promotions. You have a full induction programme to bring you up to speed with the product range and this will involve a period of time working within a franchised dealer group enabling you to fully appreciate the sales process and buying patterns of customers and the environment that the products are sold in. They invest heavily in your training with you visiting head office and have a very structured training programme giving you all the tools you need to succeed. The Package On offer is a salary of £25k and a company car and in year one you should earn up to £30-32k . This will increase in year 2 as you develop. Head office is based in the Midlands, UK and so there will be the requirement to travel to the UK when required. Ambitious, well presented and professional graduates would be well suited for this role.
