Managing Consultant - Top Billing Team - Huge Potential South West London Negotiable salary (DOE) starting at £35k uncapped commission (10 - 30% / No thresholds) bonuses team commission benefits generous holiday lots of incentives and rewards Owing to the huge growth within our UK business, Harnham have created a new headcount to sit on the UK's top billing team at a managerial level. A truly unique role, you'll walk onto a desk with hundreds of vacancies to fill and will inherit and build out your team. Data & Analytics Recruitment experience isn't necessary, but a track record of success is - we're a high-performance business and will help you continue to get the most from your hard work Who are Harnham? We're the global leaders in Data & Analytics recruitment, having worked solely in this space for 13 years, we now have almost 180 consultants across our Wimbledon, New York and San Francisco offices. Our primary focus of all the work we do is to ensure we continue to have the strongest brand name in our space - with both candidates and clients. About 30% of our business comes from companies directly contacting us, about 60% of it from repeat business - the rest, of course, comes from our consultants business development - but with such high levels of exposure in the industry it does make the client aspect of the job that much easier.
