Overview
What you will do: Take accountability for meeting contractual obligations, ensuring that we have resources and skills that can match the demand of our customer projects for direct delivery Regularly check that the service being delivered is aligned to the customer contract Acts on customer feedback and demonstrates continuous improvement Manage operational costs by maximising workforce optimisation of delivery teams Proactively build a relationship with key contacts to seek feedback and to build rapport Ensure regular observation of trainers and recording of results and constructive feedback and direction delivered Your experience and skills will include: Experience working in a learning supplier/agency environment Previous operational training experience Experience working with senior level stakeholders Sound knowledge of learning and development A relevant project or programme management qualification (desirable not essential) What's in it for you?
