Recruitment Manager/Team Leader £27,000 - £30,000 (Dependant on experience) with realistic OTE of £50,000 Harvey McQueen are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our team and play a key part in the growth of the business. The key functions of a Recruitment Manager at Harvey McQueen are managing a team of consultants, setting targets, developing your team, liaising with the Managing Director, selling to prospective clients, resourcing candidates and administration duties. The role for Recruitment Manager / Team Leader; Managing a team of recruiters, utilising your leadership and influence to help take their careers to the next level Taking responsibility for growing an existing division and client base Devising strategies for key accounts and driving revenue growth Selling and delivering recruitment services Working alongside the Managing Director Daily sales calls and emails to prospective and existing clients, the ability to win and develop client relationships is essential Dealing with both potential and active clients over the telephone and face to face Liaising with existing clients to ensure all requirements are met Taking comprehensive job specifications to enable you to write professional, lawful job specs Advising clients on current salary and recruitment trends Interviewing potential candidates both face to face and over the telephone Sourcing potential candidates from job websites and organising interviews Sending out information letters and e mails Providing a full end to end recruitment process for our clients and candidates, including feedback throughout All related administration tasks What can you expect from us? A proven leader with two to five years’ experience in Recruitment and proof of success against their main goals/targets Someone who loves working with people, building relationships and making a difference Energetic, passionate and driven individual with a great sense of humour and charisma even when working under pressure A natural thinker - this person will bring their own ideas and strategies to take their team forward Someone who is motivated, adaptable and can multi task easily without feeling pressured Highly organised individual Excellent written and verbal communication A key aspect will be your drive to succeed within a very competitive market place. Hours of Work: Hours required to complete the job role, however below are the minimum requirements Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (late night until 7.00pm on Monday) Earlier finish of 4.00pm on a Friday
