Trainee Recruitment Consultant We've been recruiting the future leaders of retail, sales and digital for over ten years. So when it comes to hunting down the very best talent to grow some of the UK's biggest brands, we like to think we know our stuff. To help us keep up with the growing list of big brands calling on us to find their next big star, we're going to need a little help. So, we're looking for the next big hitter of our own. We'd love to meet a real people person with a personality as big as their career ambitions. You'll be a graduate, with a professional style and have your sights set on a successful career in recruitment. Experience isn't necessary, we'll ensure you get plenty of that. It's your attitude that gets us excited. You'll already be interested in recruitment and have done your homework on the retail, sales and digital sectors. You might even be able to tell us a few interesting insights you've discovered along the way. Your outgoing personality and confidence means you have a natural ability to make friends. A confident communicator, you'll be ready to pick up the phone and establish relationships with clients and candidates. You're great on the phone, so you come across as cool and super efficient. You understand the sales process and are ready to learn how to apply this to recruitment. Your witty way with words and creative flair means you'll develop your skills to create adverts that smack impact and capture the right attention. You're not afraid to ask questions. Lots of questions. Because you just love exploring things that bit further. We'll start you on a salary of £16000-£22,000 DOE and regularly appraise you to ensure you get back what you put in. You'll enjoy a generous commission package and bonus structure providing a realistic OTE of £28,000 by the end of first year. How far you take it, well, that's up to you. Ready?
