We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team to assist in the growth of the business. The key functions of a Recruitment Consultant at Harvey McQueen are selling to prospective clients, resourcing candidates and administration duties. The Benefits: Recruitment Consultants who join the company will be rewarded with a basic salary of £19,000 to £23,000 dependent on experience An excellent uncapped commission scheme with realistic first year earnings once established of up to £30,000 Pension Scheme Genuine opportunities for career progression Industry leading training Free Parking Working for the best voted recruitment agency in Bolton (independently assessed) The Role: Daily sales calls and emails to prospective and existing clients, the ability to win and develop client relationships is essential Dealing with both potential and active clients over the telephone and face to face Liaising with existing clients to ensure all requirements are met Taking comprehensive job specifications to enable you to write professional, lawful job specs Advising clients on current salary and recruitment trends Interviewing potential candidates both face to face and over the telephone Sourcing potential candidates from job websites and organising interviews Sending out information letters and e mails Providing a full end to end recruitment process for our clients and candidates, including feedback throughout All related administration tasks Personal attributes; The role requires someone who is motivated, adaptable and can multi task easily without feeling pressured. The ideal candidate will need excellent organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to learn quickly and think on their feet. A key aspect will be your drive to succeed within a very competitive market place. Must have a minimum of two years recruitment experience and a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle. Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (late night until 7.00pm on Monday) Earlier finish of 4.00pm on a Friday
