This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our Commercial Division to support the achievement of our ambitious growth plans. You will help us develop our services and make an even bigger impact. We are part of the Pobl Group delivering an excellent site-based sales service to customers wishing to purchase a home from Pobl Living. Our reputation as a trusted provider of high quality homes is of paramount importance to us; every Pobl Living development reflects our commitment to creating vibrant and thriving places that you are proud to call home. The post is based on-site and will involve working on your own. You need to be self-motivated, you will have the opportunity to independently manage your workload and shape your working day. This is a permanent post at 18 hours a week. Actual salary based on the hours will be £10,188 commission. How can I make a difference? Pobl Living creates new homes that people can afford to purchase or part-own, helping people get onto the property ladder or find a new home that fits their budget. You will: Achieve the highest possible standard of presentation, promotion, tidiness, cleanliness and kerb appeal for each show home/sales area and wider site, from handover stage to completion of the sales phase Throughout the customer journey, make the customer feel valued and important and manage their expectations Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is well organised with excellent customer service skills. You will need to be confident in communicating and working with a range of clients. You will need to be a team player, motivated and have a strong commitment to customer care. The post requires a full driving licence and use of your own car.
