The Company: Our client is a well-established international Telecoms Network specialist Main duties: To be responsible for generating repeat sales and business development in the fast growing Polish market The Role: - To develop existing portfolio, generate Sales and ensure annual growth - To identify and open new business opportunities / to follow opportunities and close Sales - To maintain regular contact (phone, email and meeting) with your existing customers, ensuring excellent knowledge of your territory / to build strong relationship with customers - To maintain a high awareness of the market, the industry and the competitors - To maintain a high level of Customer Service, resolve issues and ensure interface with other internal departments - To achieve set targets in the territory - To provide accurate reports and update on the CRM system The Candidate: - Fluent in Polish (to mother tongue standard) is essential - Fluent in English (Written & spoken) - Proven experience in a similar role in Telecoms sector - Degree educated in Business/Engineering/Electronics/Telecoms - Proven track record of successful B2B Sales - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of Telecoms sector and Import/Export regulations - Good computer skills (including Excel) Salary: £25k-£35k depending on experience uncapped commission Excellent benefits: Holidays, Pension, Medical Plan, Life Insurance and Social Events French Selection UK - The leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian speaking professionals and executives throughout the United Kingdom.
