Overview
We are a startup, in its early days but already making concrete steps towards our big expansion. Based in Madrid and backed by one of the leading incubators in Spain, we are a fintech company, operating in a high potential niche in the market. To speed up the process, we are looking for an experienced CTO with a good startup attitude and a seriously contagious energy. This role will involve coordinating and supervising our tech development team, so we are looking for a leader who is able to inspire and drive other professionals. We are based in Madrid but we are happy to consider partially-remote based work. That way, you can enjoy sunny Spain, but also have the opportunity to flexibly arrange your onboarding.
