Overview
As a Practice Manager you will lead from the front to motivate, coach, support and inspire a team of vertically lead consultants within your Practice whilst running a successful desk of your own. You will have responsibility for achieving both personal and team goals, setting clear strategy for success and growing both financial and activity based performance with accountability through sight of your own P&L. You will demonstrate expertise as a recruiter in your own area of expertise and act as an example to your team in candidate and client facing activities. Reed offer a huge amount of support and structure including a clear Career Development Framework for both Managers and Consultants with a salary and commission structure in place related to performance and billing. The Practice Manager position offers a starting basic salary of between £27,000 - £40,000 depending on recruitment experience and billings. You will also receive bonuses based on individual and team billings plus a wealth of benefits within a comprehensive overall package.
