Overview
Our client is one of the the UK’s leading providers of heating and cooling systems for commercial, public and domestic properties. They are currently recruiting for a Regional Project Manager to cover the London area. You will be required to work alongside the on-site Contract Engineers within the M25. This is a busy and challenging role that covers the whole technical sales process from concept to completion. In order to be considered, you will need to have proven experience in a technical sales role preferably with HVAC knowledge. Knowledge of M&E Contracting is essential. The Role This is a busy sales focused role where you will be responsible for generating opportunities from a variety of channels and will see the process through from start to finish. This company have a large number of enquiries called in so 75% of the time the contacts are there and it is your job to convert them and nurture the relationships throughout the project and beyond You will spend most of your time in the city and will need to visit the office on the South Coast every couple of weeks. You will have lots of contact with internal teams and will be fully supported in your role. The Ideal Candidate This is a great opportunity for an established sales professional with a technical bias, preferably with HVAC experience, who can maximise opportunities. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a good understanding of the construction industry and have experience in a similar autonomous role. You must be capable juggling several projects at once and be able to influence at all levels.
