The Job : Liaise with Chinese speaking clients to understand their investment aspirations Develop new relationships with HNW clients and nurture existing relationships Coach your sales team to ensure that they meet their own career potential and deliver top drawer customer service Sell off-plan properties Manage conveyancing paperwork and assisting the conveyance manager in progressing all sales through to exchange Help to develop exciting sales and marketing strategies Help with event planning and to organise launches Undertake general market research Undertake commercial and legal due diligence Requirements Experience of managing a team with the ability in motivating and leading the team 5 years' experience as a Sales Manager for a Property Development Company Degree educated Fluent Chinese and English
