Customer Success Manager - Graduate Role The company are a small but rapidly growing SAAS business which have developed an app which is fundamentally changing the process of buying and selling property. Due to continued growth and company success, they are now looking for a graduate to join their business as a Customer Success Manager, to assist with their growing number of clients and manage their onboarding process. The Company Currently, home buyers are subject to identity and anti-money laundering checks at multiple times throughout a transaction, including from estate agents, mortgage brokers and lawyers. This process takes time and is often inefficient. The company have developed an app which addresses these challenges which streamlines the onboarding process and radically improves the process for all parties. Technology start-up which has been recognised as one of the UK's fastest growing businesses Backed by the industry's best including Zoopla, the Land Registry and top UK law firms State-of-the art offices in London and Manchester Have created a high end, artificial intelligence platform to speed up identity checks during the house buying process Plan to build their Manchester office into a key client excellence hub where they will build out their customer support, customer success and sales functions. The Role You’ll work closely with the Manager of Customer Success who will be based in Manchester as well as their Co-Founders, Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Product and Tech Teams You will be assisting clients with the onboarding process and assisting them with any issues they may have Although based in Manchester, you will also spend some time in London to ensure the team stays as connected as possible. Acting on the front line as the first point of contact for clients calling in looking for assistance You will be required to get to grips with the app and how it works so you can deal with any questions which come your way As the face of the business, exceptional service is essential to maintain longterm relationships You will be responsible for feeding back any issues and improvements with the product to maximise effectiveness You will sometimes also be required to upsell, and promote other products The Requirements Recently graduated with a 2:2 or above You will be hungry to join an early stage and epically exciting startup. You’ll get excited about the prospect of rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in because you recognise the huge and grabbable opportunity. Be happy to get your hands dirty as the front line of their Customer Management team You will have an open and friendly attitude that puts customer service at the heart of everything you do.
