Overview
Due to expansion and business growth I am currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to manage and build on an already existing team. The role will involve managing the team as well as spotting growth and high potential opportunities. Main Duties - But not limited too. Guide and lead the team, get them on board and introduce new ideas and ways to improve and manage client relationships. Guide and mentor daily to achieve ultimate success Identify Key areas for growth and feedback accordingly and report to senior management Assist with expenses in the department and oversea profit and loss Deal with account/contract negotiations Experience Required You will have managed a team previously in a B2B Capacity If you have a travel background this is highly advantageous Experience of working to growth targets You’re a skilled influencer and negotiator, able to build a positive rapport and adapt to changing situations with pace and agility Strong coaching and mentoring skills Remuneration You will be rewarded a competitive salary There is a company bonus scheme with is subject to eligibility Laptop and mobile Foreign Travel
