BRAND AMBASSADOR - TEA EXPERT Central London The client I'm recruiting for is a global leader in luxury beverage products (tea), and they are looking for a motivated Brand Ambassador to join their vibrant team. The role will be based in the company's flagship store located in central London. DUTIES: Deliver financial metrics by hitting daily, weekly and yearly Sales targets. Maximise selling opportunities by giving the best experience to the customers, so when they leave the environment they would recommend our products thanks to you. Building positive relationships with all customers. Working as part of the team to ensure all daily tasks are accomplished. Greeting customers with enthusiasm. Ensuring a high standard of customer service. Balancing the cash register, reporting discrepancies and dealing with customers refund. Giving advice and guidance on product selection and promotions. Dealing with complaints with patience and helpful manners. Maintaining outstanding store conditions, stocking shelves, merchandising and dealing with large deliveries when required. PERSONAL BEHAVIOUR: The ideal Brand Ambassador will be a fun, welcoming person who genuinely enjoy the work they do, and don`t mind sharing their enthusiasm with others. Flexible to do different tasks and curious to learn something new everyday. The individual will also be: customer focused: listen to understand the specific need of each individual customer. Respectful Responsible Goal oriented Passionate about the company and the history of its products. Pro-active in own personal development, and displaying a sustained interest in taking on new challenges. The company will also provide a very thorough training to the right candidate, to ensure that the best customer service is delivered.
