Junior Lettings Negotiator - North West London - Up to £12,000 basic plus commission We’re looking for a driven, money-hungry and ambitious Junior Lettings Negotiator to join a leading company in North West London. Key responsibilities of the Junior Lettings Negotiator: The Junior Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for registering tenants, viewing properties and negotiating offers within a fun environment and hardworking team. The job of the Junior Lettings Negotiator will involve meeting lots of new people from all over the world, getting out and about frequently, as well as a mixture of critical office-based admin tasks. The role requires high energy and a willingness to get stuck in and help whenever necessary with a varied workload within an active and busy office. Requirements: Be comfortable with spending considerable amounts of time on the telephone to achieve personal and departmental monetary targets. Have the ability to handle a varied workload which will often change at short notice. Be proficient in IT and have self-motivated organisational skills. Have excellent customer service, attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile (sometimes literally) to help the team succeed. Possess a driving license.
