Our Client, a local, Independent Estate Agents with an unrivalled reputation are looking for a super SALES NEGOTIATOR, with a minimum of 6 months agency experience. This is an exciting opportunity with a Leading, Award Winning Independent Estate Agent: As a Sales Negotiator you will be required to: Liaise with Vendors and Prospective buyers Book Valuations, update Vendors and Purchasers Book and chase up viewings Solicitor referrals Mortgage referrals Negotiate offers Sales progression Personal attributes: Reliable Trustworthy Good negotiation skills Articulate Well presented Excellent communicational skills Commission: Sales Mortgage Referrals Conveyancing If this sounds like you, or perhaps you have a friend looking refer today and earn £150 referral fee
