Zachary Daniels are proud to be partnered with an ethical multichannel company who are on the search for a Head of Sales, with one day a week based in Leicestershire. Our client benefits the lives of their consumer within both the public and private sectors. This is through providing the latest and best healthcare products to those who need it the most. This position for a new Head of Sales is a field based role with one day a week based in Leicestershire. The role will be one that is tasked with driving sales for 60% of the total business. You will inspire, lead and mentor a team to deliver and exceed agreed KPI's. Key responsibilities in the position of Head of Sales will include: Delivering P&L for Sales team, including sales performance for B2B, Export and D2C Identify, create and implement relevant strategies across a range of digital and non-digital customers Manage a profitable and competitive pricing strategy Ensure a maximum ROI across each strategy through working effectively with the Product, Digital, and Customer Services teams Measure revenue return on a day to day basis across the ever changing marketplace Review market performance against sales to identify opportunities and build on positive trends Create relevant and compelling marketing campaigns to drive sales Identify ways to increase sales of own brand About you: A minimum of 10 years sales and account management experience within retail and/or supplier side Highly skilled in contract management, sales negotiation, customer service, account management Thrive from working in a fast paced trading environment Great leadership skills that inspires and enables your team to deliver Exceptional communication and presentation skills Great at building relationships and cross functional working Experience of selling into Amazon is a great advantage Highly commercial approach This is a really unique opportunity for a strong Head of Sales to take the lead in driving sales though heaps of passion, energy and empathy in the market.
