Overview
A one-off opportunity for a Strong Head of Property Management to join this thriving, high end independent lettings business based in Oxford. This reputable Estate Agent has an established lettings business and is looking for a Head of Property Management to run a successful team of property managers. The successful Head of Property Management will be experienced within Property Management, hardworking and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations. The Head of Property Management will have had previous experience working within a similar senior role, ideally within the Oxfordshire area. This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with complex maintenance issues, drawing up complex tenancy agreements etc. You will also be responsible for the training and management for a team of property managers.
