Overview
My client is a well-known independent commercial agent, who are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Negotiator to join them in their expanding Leeds office. The successful candidate will be an experienced Sales Negotiator. Additionally, they will provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: Generate valuations in a specific postcode area. Contacting vendor clients and providing up to date advice on the marketing of the property as well as market conditions. Matching requirements & arranging viewings Calling out new properties Valuation generation Negotiating offers Accompanied Viewings Requirements: Previous Estate Agency experience A valid UK driving license own vehicle An excellent work ethic and ambition to succeed Confident and articulate communicator Computer literate Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Basic OTE £30,000 Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm Every other Saturday 9 am - 12:30 pm (1 in every 3 on a rotation basis) Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
